Service-Specific Refund Terms
Website Development
- Full refund available if project is cancelled before work begins
- 50% refund if cancelled during initial design phase (first 2 weeks)
- 25% refund if cancelled during development phase
- No refund once the website is deployed to production
- Refunds do not include third-party costs (hosting, domains, licenses)
App Development
- Full refund if project is cancelled within 7 days of contract signing
- 50% refund during planning and design phase
- 25% refund during development phase (before beta release)
- No refund after beta version is delivered
- App store fees and third-party service costs are non-refundable
AI Solutions
- Full refund within 14 days if no custom development has started
- Partial refunds based on work completed and documented
- No refund for AI model training costs already incurred
- API usage fees and third-party AI service costs are non-refundable
Digital Marketing
- Monthly retainer services can be cancelled with 30 days notice
- Refunds prorated based on unused portion of the month
- Ad spend paid to platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.) is non-refundable
- Campaign setup fees are non-refundable once work begins
Logo Design
- Full refund if no concepts have been presented
- 50% refund if you're unsatisfied with initial concepts
- No refund once final files are delivered
- Unlimited revisions included in package price
Consulting Services
- Hourly consulting: Refund for unused prepaid hours
- Monthly retainer: 30 days notice required for cancellation
- No refund for completed consulting sessions
- Unused hours may be transferred to future projects within 6 months
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your project details, invoice number, and reason for refund
- Allow 5-7 business days for review of your request
- We will respond with approval or denial and explanation
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Third-party service fees (hosting, domains, licenses, APIs)
- Advertising spend paid to platforms
- Completed work that meets agreed specifications
- Rush or expedited service fees
- Custom integrations with third-party services
- Training sessions already conducted
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied with our services, we will work with you to make it right. This may include revisions, adjustments, or in some cases, a partial refund. Our goal is your complete satisfaction.
Project Cancellation by Hostspica
If we need to cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, minus any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.
Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision, you may request a review by our management team. We will make every effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be subject to arbitration as outlined in our Terms of Service.
